At ArtRinse, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday).

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

United States: Approximately 7 business days

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, shipping times may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 72 hours after placing your order, please contact our support team.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.

Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections (if applicable)
  • Carrier operational delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide the best possible solution.
